If your first Pause Daily order is not right for you, request a refund within 60 days of delivery. You keep the bottle; we just ask for enough information to verify the purchase and improve the product.

What qualifies

  • Requested within 60 days of delivery
  • One guarantee claim per customer, household, or address

Damaged, incorrect, or missing orders are handled separately and do not use your guarantee claim. Contact us and we will make those right.

Verification, not interrogation

We may decline a request when the order cannot be verified, the customer, household, or shipping address has already used the guarantee, or the proof has been altered. This voluntary guarantee does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.

We review your request under the terms offered when you purchased. An unopened bottle or zero days of use does not prevent you from submitting a request.
